General Conditions


The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in good condition. Our guests are invited to report immediately to the hotel reception any breach.

Article 1 : Booking

Bookings are made via our Website http://www.trajan-hotel.com, by phone or directly at the Hotel. For bookings made via our Website or by telephone, the customer is requested to provide the information of his credit card as a guarantee. The transmission of this information is done by secure mode.

Article 2 : Modification or cancellation of reservation and commitment

The delay of modification or cancellation without expenses is 2 days (48H) before the date of arrival. In case of modification or cancellation less than 2 days, 1 night will be charged. In case of no-show of the guest at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

To modify or cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to use our Website under the heading :
[Modify or cancel my Booking] indicating his email and his PERSONAL BOOKING CODE.

The date of receipt of the request for modification or cancellation (via our Website, by mail, mail, telephone, fax) will be the date of the request. The modification or the cancellation of reservation is effective on receipt of an e-mail of the TRAJAN Hotel confirming this one.

Late arrivals or early departures can not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

Article 3 : Payment

The housing benefit is payable in Algerian Dinar (DA) upon taking possession of the premises. For long term rentals, the notes must be paid weekly.We accept credit cards, bank checks (only for companies) and cash. A credit card number will be required as a guarantee. The tourist tax is included in the price of the reservation displayed in Algerian Dinar (DA).

Rules of procedure


Anyone wishing to stay at the TRAJAN Hotel is obliged to make known his identity and that of the persons accompanying him. The customer can not introduce into the room third persons not known by the hotelier. In the same way, the customer can not rent a room for a number of people superior to that envisaged by the regulations in force. Pets are only accepted with the agreement of the hotelier.

On arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the client can not demand to occupy the room before 13 pm. The rental at night stops at 11 am, regardless of the time of arrival of the client. A luggage service allows guests to leave their luggage at the hotel reception. The client will inquire, upon his arrival, the operating hours of the various services of the hotel.

At the time of his departure, the customer must return the key of his room to the reception. He is forbidden to carry any object belonging to the Hotel: he must inform the hotelkeeper if he notices a mistake and send it back, otherwise he will be charged.

The noise, even diurnal, is forbidden. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, can be returned on the spot. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, any noise must stop between 10 pm and 7 am.

Children and animals (if agreed by the hotelier) are under the sole responsibility of the client.

For safety reasons and for the respect of everyone, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel. A smoking area is available to our guests. Any untimely activation of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be billed for the costs of putting back into service the fire safety system. Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms and to do laundry.

In case of degradation of the rented room, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any infringement found after the client's departure where the amount of the compensation will be charged to the client's card.

Any claim on the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier on the spot. Items left or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided by law (after 2 months of deposit).

The internal rules of the Hotel apply to all bookings (telephone, live or via the Internet). Any stay entails acceptance of the special conditions and rules of the TRAJAN Hotel. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract.
